13 February 2026
The anti-dumping duty on tableware and cutlery (including parts) made of porcelain from China has been increased to 79% with immediate effect.
Contrary to the previously announced effective date of 19 March 2026, the EU has unexpectedly decided to implement the new anti-dumping duties on porcelain from China with immediate effect. These previously ranged from 13 to 36 per cent.
This concerns commodity codes 6912002510 & 6911100090.
