Explosion Tianjin Port

Wednesday huge explosions hit an industrial area in Northern Chinese port city of Tianjin triggering a blast wave felt kilometers away. CCTV reported that blasts erupted in a shipment of explosives and the agency said the explosion ripped through a warehouse storing “dangerous goods”.
Central Television said on its website there have been two explosions within 30 seconds of each other and that about 100 fire trucks have been sent to the scene, fireballs from an initial blast had ignited further explosions in premises nearby.
Port of Tianjin is out of order and the consequences due to possible overflow for other Northern Chinese ports are unknown so far. As soon as we have updated information we will advise you immediately.
