Supply Chain Platform ‘TRACOS’ go-live event

TRACOS vernieuwd supply chain platform

10 October 2019: the day our renewed ‘Traffic Control System’ (TRACOS) supply chain platform launched! The platform’s ‘look and feel’ has been entirely overhauled. This does mean of course that users will need to get used to a few things. To ensure we hit the ground running, our colleagues visited the users to present and demonstrate the new environment. Here’s a short impression of our go-live event.

Visiting TRACOS users

The renewed Traffic Control System creates a whole new experience. Functions have been relocated and new colours and icons introduced. And then of course there’s the changed name: Traffic Control System is no longer abbreviated to ‘TCS’ but has been reinvented as ‘TRACOS’. The Ritra Team visited clients and hauliers to give everyone a personal explanation.

Our colleagues demonstrated the entirely renewed Traffic Control System with passion and enthusiasm. Although little has (yet) changed with regard to the functionalities, the new design already delivers numerous noticeable improvements, particularly in view of the user experience. And the users certainly agreed, clearly demonstrated by the wealth of positive reactions.

Naturally, our overseas colleagues also needed to be kept informed of the changes. It was vital that their daily TRACOS activities also continue without interruption. Thanks to close contact and the meticulously detailed manuals the migration enjoyed a smooth introduction.
