Team TRACOS strengthens collaboration on Asia trip

In March, Team TRACOS travelled to four Asian countries to intensify collaboration with our agents and further optimise processes. This report explains how this trip contributed to better system links, personal connection, and new insights.

Team TRACOS visits Asia – focus on collaboration and optimisation

On 8 March, Ritra Cargo’s Team TRACOS embarked on an extensive trip across Asia. We visited four different countries in just 10 days. Purpose of this trip: strengthening collaboration with our agents, improving joint exchange of information, and providing training on our TRACOS system.

Shanghai

The first stop was Shanghai. Here, we talked to our local agent about current issues, and we looked at opportunities to further improve the exchange of information between our systems. We also visited a customer, a supplier, and the warehouse.

Taipei

We then travelled to Taipei. In this city, we provided TRACOS training to our agent, including an explanation of our new features that will simplify and strengthen communication between our systems.

Ho Chi Minh City

Collaboration was the order of the day in Ho Chi Minh City as well. We visited several agents and personally spoke with our local contact persons. What’s more, we once again provided TRACOS training, with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.

Dhaka

We concluded our trip in Dhaka. Together with our long-standing partner in Bangladesh, we visited several customers and suppliers. The warm welcome and open dialogue were valuable – both from a business angle and personal perspective.

In retrospect

We can look back on an intensive yet very successful trip. The meetings with our partners and agents have resulted in new insights, improved processes, and even stronger partnerships.
