With its TRACOS platform, Ritra offers a powerful solution for supply chain management, giving businesses a real-time insight into their shipments. The platform supports transport tracking by land, sea, and air, provides access to customised reports, and helps to optimise logistics processes. TRACOS simplifies collaboration and reduces e-mail traffic, without additional costs.

The latest developments

Team TRACOS has not been idle in 2024. TRACOS was further improved to offer even better services to Ritra’s current customers. Rates and quotations can now be downloaded and printed via TRACOS. What’s more, we introduced the Booked Shipments function, so that bookings are visible as soon as they are approved, rather than later. This functionality is available already for shipments from China and India, and will be rolled out for global shipments in 2025.

To improve the user-friendliness and customer experience, Team TRACOS actively engaged in dialogue with our customers. Together with our network of agents, we are working on an improved link between TRACOS and our operational system. This ensures that data is processed faster and logistics processes run more efficiently.

Easy: download your own carbon reports

Sustainability plays an increasingly important role in the logistics sector. The new European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requires companies to report their environmental impact. Starting this year, large companies will have to provide annual information on the environment, social aspects and governance (ESG).

At Ritra Cargo, we value both sustainability and transparency, and we will take responsibility in this area too. We offer the option to download KPI reports and carbon reports via TRACOS, making it easy for you to measure your impact and adjust where necessary. We expect this functionality to become even more important in the future and will continue to adjust our platform to match.
