Agent: Edit booking

In the current market we see a lot of extra work to update all Tracos Bookings according to the ever changing vessel schedules. To support you as an agent we have lifted the restriction to edit a booking.


This is a major change in your current workflow. A booking with status Approval, Approved and Inprogress can now be updated to the updated schedule or new vessel. You do not need to delete and recreate the booking anymore.

There is a catch: When you update a booking it returns to the status Approval. The client must be informed about all changes as they approved a differtent vessel schedule.

 

In the preview below all yellow field can now be edited:
